SVP, Technical and Professional Services
As SVP of technical and professional services team, Eric is responsible for ensuring our clients’ competitive success by providing highly skilled talent and talent services within the information technology, engineering, finance, and professional placement specialties across North America. Throughout his career, Eric has been driven by a genuine passion for helping clients thrive by crafting innovative solutions to meet their specific needs. He joined Staffmark Group in 2020 to lead the Professional Services group, where he has made a significant impact with his experience and strategic vision.
In his more than two decades in the staffing industry, he has held a diverse range of roles, and his experiences as a recruiter, account executive, branch/regional management, RVP, and Strategic/Global Programs VP has equipped him with invaluable insights into the industry and a unique understanding of what it takes to succeed.
Eric plays a pivotal role in shaping Staffmark Group's market strategy, ensuring client retention, and overseeing the seamless deployment of cutting-edge solutions to ensure every client achieves their desired outcomes.
Eric attended Webber International University and earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management.

VP, IT Services
Tim Bennett joined the Advantage Technical team in January 2024 where he will serve as Vice President of Information Technology for North America, heading up our Technical Services and Solutions Group spanning the US and Canada. Tim brings with him deep experience in the IT Staffing and Solutions space where he’s developed a strong reputation for landing large accounts, developing talent, empowering others, building high-performing teams, and creating a best-in-class culture across his organizations. In his 20-year career, Bennett has served in myriad roles and leadership positions within 3 of the top public and private human capital solutions companies in the world; spending 11+ years with Allegis Group (Aerotek), 8+ years with The Adecco Group (Akkodis, formerly Modis), and now Recruit Holdings (Advantage Technical). Considered a holistic, highly ethical, and character-driven executive leader, he strives to embody purpose, passion, and true authenticity in every facet of his game.
Tim earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Wake Forest University, where he also served as Team Captain for the 2-time bowl champion WFU football team. He currently resides in Atlanta with his wife Bronwyn and their five young children.

VP, Professional Services
Gabby boasts an impressive tenure of over 13 years within Staffmark Group, during which she has assumed diverse roles ranging from Account Manager and Recruiter to Senior Recruiter and Practice Director. Today, she holds the esteemed position of Vice President. Beyond her professional pursuits, Gabby finds joy in quality time spent with her husband, Nick, and their two children, Audrey and Nixon. She also has a penchant for indulging in captivating historical fiction novels and exploring the wonders of travel.
Director, Technical Recruiting
Andrea is the Director of Technical Recruiting at VSG, bringing 24 years of industry experience. In this role, Andrea leads the recruiting team by setting KPIs, providing training, and executing strategic plans to ensure top talent is sourced for critical client needs. Andrea also manages relationships with key clients, overseeing candidate screening, interviews, and offers. Additionally, Andrea serves as Operations Manager for Employee Relations Representatives, guiding employee onboarding, performance reviews, and operational efficiency.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys a healthy lifestyle through staying active and working out. Married to Daryl for 20 years with two daughters, Ella and Mary, and their dog, Chase, Andrea is known as the "glue of VSG" for ensuring smooth operations and driving success across the team.

Director, Customer Solutions, Technical & Professional
Laura Kelly is the Director of Customer Solutions at Advantage Technical, bringing over 25 years of industry experience to the Vehicle Services Group. Since joining in 2000 as a Technical Recruiter, she has held roles including Account Manager, Branch Manager, Market Director, and now Director of Customer Solutions. Laura has extensive expertise in managing large-volume MSP (Managed Service Provider) programs and supporting OEMs and Workforce Solutions for clients in Technical Assistance Centers and Warranty Departments.
In her current role, Laura oversees client portfolios, handling contract negotiation, business planning, cross-selling services, associate retention, and relationship management with key decision-makers. She has been instrumental in helping automotive clients fill roles in operations, engineering (product, quality, manufacturing), mobility, powertrain, telematics, and OEM Dealer interfacing positions like ASE Master Technicians. Laura holds a BA in Social Work from Michigan State University.

Managing Director
David Dille is a seasoned Managing Director with 17 years of experience in sales management, recruiting management, and engineering services. He specializes in providing technical staffing and engineering services to a diverse portfolio of clients across the Energy, Chemicals, Pharmaceutical, Oil and Gas, and Manufacturing industries. Currently, David leads an experienced team consisting of 8 engineering recruiters, 5 sales team members, and an operations team within his Engineering division. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing from Texas State University, David is committed to driving growth and success for both his team and clients.
