LiveHealth Online is useful for treating many conditions from the comfort of your home, office, even on vacation. Our employees can have a private and secure video visit with a board-certified doctor or licensed therapist on your mobile device or computer with a webcam, who will assess their condition, provide a treatment plan and even send a prescription to their pharmacy, if it’s needed.
Employees who enroll in the Core HDHP plan can elect to put their own pre-tax money into a health savings account (HSA) administered by ConnectYourCare. This HSA money rolls over from year to year, is always theirs to keep, and is tax advantaged, meaning the money they contribute, and any investment money they make, are tax-free as long as it’s spent on qualified medical, dental, and vision expenses.
Our employees are eligible to enroll in the company 401(k) plan. Employees may contribute up to $18,500 pre-tax to their account, allowing them to benefit from tax savings while saving money for their retirement. The plans offer target date lifestyle funds and individual mutual funds as investment options, and are completely paperless – enrollment, deferral changes, investment changes and rollovers can all be done online or via phone.
Our employees can take advantage of direct deposit of their paychecks. This feature is safe, secure, and more convenient than having checks mailed. Funds are deposited directly to an employee’s bank account, making funds conveniently and quickly available. Employees are eligible to enroll in this program at any time during their employment with Staffmark and will receive paper checks only until electronic deposits begin, which typically happens after 2-3 pay periods.
In addition to our direct deposit program, Advantage Technical also offers a debit card program for those employees who prefer this option. Employees can open this debit account and have their paychecks directly deposited, accessing their funds through a debit card. This option eliminates the hassle and expense of cashing checks for those employees without an established bank account, therefore giving them the freedom and ease of electronic pay and direct deposit.
